Prompt Labs transformed the conference into a real working lab - but one that was unforgettable and fun. Just like in any lab, there was trial and error, testing, and discovery. Customers became our “test subjects,” sharing feedback and ideas, while our product and engineering teams experimented, built, and launched features on the spot. Every moment was designed to feel like part of one big experiment - unique, immersive, and impossible to forget, proving that customer input is the key ingredient in everything we create.
Mission Control: Event Website
The very first touchpoint for attendees, this themed landing page set the tone for the entire experience. It brought everything together in one place - our four Prompt booths including the newly acquired companies, party details, sponsor highlights, speaker sessions, and live updates on product feedback and feature launches.
Welcome, Test Subjects
As guests boarded the buses to an offsite location, the Prompt Labs story entered its next chapter through a fictional experiment unfolding inside the lab. This moment shifted the experience from live innovation to full immersion, setting the stage for what was to come.
The Final Chapter
The final chapter unfolded on stage, where a massive twenty foot screen brought the Prompt Labs story to a close. We highlighted our customers, recapped what we built together, and shared where we are headed next, closing the fictional experiment while reinforcing our commitment to building the future alongside them.
