As a newer player in the industry, we needed to make a splash—drive traffic, win new customers, and prove we were here to stay. I created and led a brand new concept, a fully themed conference experience featuring a Cirque du Soleil-inspired booth, dinner under the Ferris wheel, and a 400-person pier party. The result: millions in new business and a lasting shift in how the industry sees us.
